Neesa holds a Master of Science in Educational Psychology with a concentration in Assessment, Evaluation and Testing.  Her ongoing work and research centers around evaluations for Afterschool and educational programs that serve vulnerable populations; and motivation as it relates to the thoughts, feelings and behaviors of these individuals.

Neesa gained a deep understanding of the needs of some of the most vulnerable student populations in Washington DC  through her extensive research and experience as the owner and primary provider of educational services for Family Matters of Greater Washington. Family Matters is one of the oldest, nationally accredited social service organizations in the Washington metropolitan area.
