NDN Consultants LLC assists small businesses and non-profits with developing their evaluative practice to determine effectiveness, efficiency and impact. We recognize that one size doesn’t fit all. For that reason, we customize our services to meet your unique needs.

For small businesses: NDN Consultants is dedicated to helping you improve the assessment of clients needs, tracking client progress and the overall evaluation of client satisfaction. Our skills are especially complementary for life coaches, independent consultants and any company teaching new skills or concepts.

For non-profits serving the under-represented: NDN Consultants is committed to helping you improve program offerings and effectiveness through the evaluative process. That means leveraging our expertise in: evaluation and research design to assist you in fulfilling your mission and goals. Programs with educational components will benefit greatly from our services.

Program Evaluations

At NDN Consultants we conduct tailored evaluations for both new and established organizations:

  • Process Evaluations (For new organizations) 
    Helps determine program progress and process effectiveness. 
     
  • Outcome Evaluations (For growing organizations 3+ yrs)
    Help determine short-term and medium-term changes that occur as a direct result of program participation.
     
  • Impact Evaluations (For established organizations 5+ yrs)
    Help determine long-term results such as impact on academic achievement or the net effects of the program on school reading and/or math proficiency.

Resources for Program Evaluations include: consultations, evaluation plan, surveys, focus groups, , on-site observation, research synthesis and literature reviews, quantitative/qualitative data collection and analysis, logic model, reporting and dissemination.

Data collection & survey design

NDN Consultants can help you determine which data to collect, whether quantitative or qualitative, and recommend the best approach for collecting specific data. We can also design new instruments and surveys for the data collection process or assist with redesigning existing instruments. All analysis will be conducted using SPSS, the statistical software of choice by most education researchers.
